You can make your HOA assessment payment online using one of the two options listed below. Both payment options are processed through Community Association Banc's secure website.

• You will need the information on your assessment payment coupon in order to process an online payment.
  If you do not have your assessment coupon, please call our office at (480) 545-1745 to obtain the correct information needed to complete this section.


• Wrong or incomplete information provided by you will result in an error or posting your payment to the wrong account. Payment is not considered received until your payment is correctly posted to your account.


• Your account number is your association name and your lot number. The bank must receive these two items in order to properly process and correctly apply your payment to your account. Please do not pay your neighbor's assessment by accident.


• It takes 2 business days to complete the confirmation process. Community Association Banc will email you your pending confirmation number once you submit your payment information. After your payment information is verified, Community Association Banc will email you and let you know the transaction was received and approved. It is important you type in your email address correctly so you can receive both emails.


• Any credit card convenience fees are charged by Community Association Banc, not by your association or management company.
