PROFILE FOR BILL HELD
Bill obtained a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York, with assignments as an US Army armor office in Europe and as an US Army Corps of Engineers officer in the United States and Japan. As a resident of Arizona since 1985, Bill has been involved with Homeowners Association (HOAs) in Phoenix, Arizona area for the last 13 years. Bill has the designation of an Independent Community Manager (ICM) after the completion of more than 60 hours of community management training and certification testing provided by the National Institute of Community Management (NICM). Bill is also a certified field supervisor for hazardous waste cleanup, a certified asbestos inspector and management planner, and has conducted and written hundreds of environmental site assessments necessary for the sale of commercial property. This extensive background in engineering, the environment, budgeting, planning, scheduling, personnel and project management has proven valuable to the HOAs he manages. Bill displays sound management judgment and makes pertinent recommendations to the HOA board members he advises.

PROFILE FOR DOUG EGAN
After completing coursework at Nassau Community College, Doug attended State University of New York, which was his spring board into management positions in the retail, wholesale, manufacturing, distribution and service sectors. Doug spent over 25 years as an integral member of the wholesale glass trade in New York. Doug has extensive skills in managing and building businesses through a concentrated use of organizational and interpersonal administrative leadership. As a resident of Arizona since 2002, Doug has developed his knowledge in the field of Community Association Management. Upon completion of extensive training and certified testing in the field of Community Association Management from the National Institute of Community Management, Doug has received his Independent Community Manager (ICM) designation. Doug's excellent communication and sound management experience helps assist HOA board members he advises.

PROFILE FOR WENDY TIEDEMANN
Wendy spent 10 years as a Logistic/Operations Manager in the oil and gas industry in Texas. Wendy has a strong background in accounting, cost analysis, budgeting and project management. She is a very organized individual and her strength in time management enables her to excel as she balances a diversified portfolio of communities. As a resident of Arizona since 2001, Wendy became involved with Community Association Management in 2002. Learning the industry and taking training courses at the National Institute of Community Management (NICM), Wendy has made a total commitment to a career as an Independent Community Manager (ICM).
